Pre-Conference Event Registration (In-person attendance)
WOSC 2022 Pre-conference activities will be held on August 17, 2022. We offer two events (morning and afternoon); each costs $50 Canadian Dollars (plus 5% Canadian Goods and Services Tax). This price will apply to all attendees.

WOSC 2022 Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to wosc.2022@ubc.ca. Cancellation requests received by August 14, 2022 due to medical reasons or COVID-19 (whether it be yourself or a family member in your care that have COVID-19 or an increased in COVID-19 cases that causes concern to travel and participate) will be offered the opportunity to switch to a virtual registration with the balance being refunded. Presenters may not present virtually; presentations would need to be withdrawn from the program and the individual could only attend the virtual aspect of the conference. After August 14, requests for refunds and transfers to virtual registration will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation requests not related to medical reasons or COVID-19 received by June 30 will receive an 80% refund and those received between June 30 and July 18 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted as of July 19.
WOSC reserves the right to cancel the conference for any reason. Attendees will receive a full refund of the registration fee. WOSC will not be responsible for other costs or expenses incurred by registrants as a result of any such changes.
